Each year Be An Angel coordinates a special long weekend retreat for these special children and their families. Attending camp gives the special needs children the opportunity to continue developing their skills outside of the home and classroom environments. This contributes to reducing emotional demands and economic resources of the family throughout the year. It gives not only the special needs child a wonderful barrier-free camping experience, but allows for the siblings and parents of these angels also to participate.

This year, Camp Be An Angel will be held September 12-14, 2008 in Burton, Texas at Camp For All. We are accepting applications for participating families.

Sponsor A Child
For $100 you can send a child to Camp Be An Angel. You can also Sponsor A Cabin which accommodates 2 families for $1,100.
