Each September, Be An Angel coordinates a special long weekend retreat for these special children and their families. Attending camp gives the special needs children the opportunity to continue developing their skills outside of the home and classroom environments. This contributes to reducing emotional demands and economic resources of the family throughout the year. It gives not only the special needs child a wonderful barrier-free camping experience, but allows for the siblings and parents of these angels also to participate.

Sponsor A Child
For three days and two nights, they participate in activities including fishing, riding horses, flying down a zip line and floating in a canoe.

Sponsor A Cabin - Accomodates 2 families. For most, this is the only vacation as a family each year.
