Change in life can be extremely difficult. Change challenges us because it conflicts with what we want or plan as we live the fabric of our lives. Alter the course of the rest of our days and the future is unsearchable, the hard moments are immeasurable and the stresses are unknowable. Parents of special needs children face days, weeks, months and years that appear impossible. There is sometimes little hope to those facing the unlimited care-giving demands of a special needs child. But, there is hope for these families! Be An Angel is all about bringing hope to those whose lives have been turned upside-down. Be An Angel believes that children are the heart and soul of humanity – they represent all that is good within us. With this vision in mind and knowing your faithfulness to this organization, Be An Angel has accomplished much and, yet, still has so much more to do.

The question many ask is “Did my donation help?” With solid affirmation, we honestly believe our efforts are changing lives. Without your gifts, William would not have his wheelchair or Crystal her hearing aids.

Be An Angel’s 26th Annual Christmas Program is underway as we continue with our journey to provide holiday gifts and other select services to now over 6,000 multiply-impaired and/or profoundly deaf students from 280 campuses within seventeen school districts. Your continued investment and support through the years enables us to carry on the long-standing tradition of service, and we would appreciate your consideration again this year. This Christmas program provides precious smiles and joy as the special needs children who come from financially underprivileged families are able to experience Christmas in all its glory! Additionally, with these funds from you, we are also able to provide barrier-free playgrounds, hearing aids, adaptive equipment, respite care, nutritional supplements, and other select services these children so desperately need.

We ask that you sponsor a child for $50; any amount that you are able to give is greatly needed and appreciated. We are offering our Limited Edition 2011 Be An Angel Bear with your contribution of $100. With your donation of $150 or more, you will also receive an autographed copy of Greg Lucas’ book Wrestling With An Angel, sharing his remarkable insights on parenting a special needs child.
